You've probably heard or read about it. It is impossible to imagine the world of sport and (mental) health without yoga. Are you ready for a suppler, stronger body and is relaxation not a luxury either? Then try our Hatha Yoga class!
What are we going to do?
During the class, under the teacher's guidance, you will do stretching and muscle-strengthening exercises, learn relaxation techniques and have a moment to yourself. Yoga is often the first thing people think of when they think of flexibility, which creates a threshold for many. A shame, we think, because even though the classes are taught in groups, everyone can follow the class individually at their own level. So it doesn't matter at all if you are not (yet) that leggy, strong or flexible.
During the class, wear comfortable clothes and bring a towel. Also bring your own yoga mat. You can possibly borrow it from us the first time.
Why is yoga so popular?
More and more people are discovering the power of yoga. The exercises focus not only on improving mobility, but also on conscious relaxation. This will not only make you feel stronger physically: you will also feel mentally 'in control'. During the lesson, you can leave the pressures of everyday life behind for a while, take care of yourself, so that after the lesson you can continue on your path with a more supple body and a relaxed mind
