Youth Kickboxing

Discover youth kickboxing at Fight Game Academy, where our young participants develop the art of kickboxing under professional guidance. In our youth groups, we adapt the forms of practice to the age of the group, so that each student feels comfortable and can learn the right techniques.

With us, safety comes first, and we have clear ground rules to create a protective and supportive environment.

About the kickboxing group

For both youth and adults, joining an existing group often proves difficult. Everyone can already kickbox while you still have to learn. With us, you are given time to learn the techniques and there is room for extra attention where needed!

Semmy Schilt® kickboxing

Semmy Schilt® Kickboxing is distinguished by:

  • Hailing and saluting

  • To work with a periodisation focused on the target group.

  • The lesson consists of a warm-up, workout routine and honing the various combinations using the Semmy Schilt® combination converter and various practice and game forms.

  • A piece of fitness training with the techniques learned in an H.I.I.T training format

  • A lesson consists of max 55 minutes as standard.
